Driven by a desire to do things better.
I’ve spent over a decade in the Thanet property market. Most of it on the mortgage side, running my own award-winning brokerage and helping thousands of people in Thanet and the surrounding areas work out what was actually possible for them.
I saw chains from the inside. I watched sales hold together and I watched them fall apart. And the same conversation kept coming up from sellers. Their agent had gone quiet. A price reduction had landed with no explanation. A valuation didn’t feel honest.
I used to refer those sellers on. Now I handle the sale myself.
